I just wanted to give you an update & very belated thanks for my knee Meniscal repair that you carried out back in December 2017. Prior to the repair I had more or less given up on the idea of being able to partake in my hobby of running again. However you gave a high percentage chance that the repair would work & I could be back running in only a month or two.

Taking your advice on post op care I started with walks gradually making them longer & more strenuous. Progressing to treadmills & then road running over a period of 6 months. By August 2018 I ran a 10k race & by October a half marathon. Since then I have run (post op) a total of 6 x 10ks & 3 half marathons. Yesterday I ran my first ever full marathon, the Virgin London. Something I never thought I was capable of. My knee is performing faultlessly & apart from being extremely stiff today all is good.

Once again many thanks for giving me my running mojo back.
